You are responsible for the documents you process, the model provider you choose, the API key you use, the prompts and outputs generated, the adequacy of redactions, and any decision to negotiate, disclose, sign, reject, or rely on a contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in the Website and Service Terms and EULA, including the cap of fees paid for the relevant subscription period. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.
